/ Khalil Ayed
Khalil Ayed is a Tunisian calligrapher, designer, and fine artist based in New York City. He currently holds the position of Creative Director at FlexTech.ai, where he merges his artistic vision with the tech industry.
Previously, Khalil served as the Program Director at MALA (Muslim American Leadership Alliance) from 2019 to 2023. During his tenure, he spearheaded initiatives focused on Arts, Culture, and Storytelling, advocating for leadership, diversity, and inclusion within the Muslim American community. Khalil also held the role of President of the New York Chapter of the Tunisian American Young Professionals. Khalil has developed and curated various shows and performing arts projects. Notable works include Fah al Ser, a Sufi Tunisian show in 2015, Manish Wahdi, a psychodrama play aiding individuals recruited by extremist groups and those with troubled pasts to reintegrate into society. His recent projects include Roses in Sand in 2022, and he will be the creative director and dramaturge for Sarah to premiere in 2025.
